Cassie Wright is the founder of Urban Milestones, a consulting firm dedicated to building great places that people love and helping people participate in that process. Cassie has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, urban planning, project management and community development. She specializes in citybuilding efforts and real estate projects that contribute to the overall health and sustainability of communities.

Ms. Wright is passionate about creating places that are mixed-use and mixed-income – places that foster social cohesion, promote community engagement and facilitate meaningful interaction among residents. Cassie’s professional knowledge is diverse and provides a variety of practical expertise in real estate, economic development, multi-modal transportation, infrastructure planning, environmental sustainability, urban planning, neighborhood revitalization and adaptive reuse. Cassie holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology from St. Olaf College.
